How much food do you actually need?
As a rough rule: plan for one wrap or bowl per person, plus extra sides if the meeting runs long. For groups of 10–15, a mixed platter of shawarma, rice, and salad usually covers it with minimal leftovers. For 20+, we’ll walk you through exact quantities when you call — it’s easier to get right with a quick conversation than guessing off a menu.
How far ahead should you book?
For office lunches under 15 people, 2–3 days’ notice is usually enough. For anything bigger, or if you need a specific delivery window (say, lunch has to land at exactly 12:00 for a meeting), give us 5–7 days so we can guarantee the timing.
What if your office has mixed dietary needs?
This is one of the most common questions we get, and it’s an easy one: everything we serve is halal, and we have strong vegetarian options (falafel, rice and lentils, salad bowls) that aren’t an afterthought — they’re built to be a full meal on their own, not just a side dish for the one vegetarian in the room.

We deliver across Elmira and the wider Waterloo Region, including Kitchener and Waterloo — about a 20-minute radius covers most of our regular office catering clients. If your office is further out, ask us; we’re often able to work something out for regular repeat clients.
